Privacy policy
Faunatic assures that any personal information provided, either on our web site, by e-mail or by telephone, will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell names, e-mail addresses, or any other contact information to anyone for any reason.
Warranty
Your monthly invoice includes the maintenance and the cleaning of the equipment. It does not cover replacement equipment in the event of failure. The only warranties applicable to the products are the manufacturers’ warranties. Our technicians will work to ensure the success of your aquarium but will not be responsible for any loss due to mechanical failure or customer error.
Invoices
Invoices are sent out on the 25th of the month for aquarium service the following month. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. Customers will receive a 5% discount off the service charge if they choose to prepay for a year of service in advance. Faunatic also offers an automatic monthly bank withdrawal. We ask that you not make direct payments to your service technician as this may cause delays in applying your payment. We also ask that you not offer gratuity to your technician. All payments must be made online, by mail, or by the phone (817-550-3454).
Cancellation of service
You may cancel at any time on the month-by-month plan. Customers with a long term contract will be charged a cancellation fee of $90 and will be responsible for reimbursement of the 10% discount received since the start of the contract.
Insurance
Faunatic is a fully insured company. If our technicians are found to be negligent for any damages on your property, Faunatic will make restitution.
